Shipment Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be delayed slightly. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you promptly via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We partner with Australia Post and Sendle to ensure reliable delivery across Australia. Shipping rates are calculated during checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship internationally.
  • Deliveries are restricted to locations that are serviceable by Australia Post or Sendle.
  • We do not ship to remote or non-serviceable areas.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All prices listed on i5Joints.com.au include Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per Australian law.

We are not liable for any additional customs duties or taxes that may apply after shipment (although this is rare for domestic orders).

Damages & Lost Shipments

i5Joints is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit. If your package is damaged or missing:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
  • Retain all original packaging and items to support your claim.

Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If an order is returned due to:

  • An incorrect address
  • Unclaimed parcel
  • Failed delivery attempts

...the customer is responsible for the re-delivery charges.

Refunds for failed deliveries will be issued minus the original shipping costs.
